to Lost Souls University – the People's Underground University. Forever free and built by you and me. I go by Dilemma and I'm leaving elite higher education after 8 years to try to create a university that is based on a pedagogy of liberation and aims explicitly at revolution and lifts up the scholarship, artistry, and journalism of all comrades in America and the Rest of the West. I will be proposing a mission, vision, and values for LSU and reaching out to connect with others who may be crazy enough to join me. And, I'll be launching my first course, "American Autopsy". Here, I will seek to uncover the fundamental aspects of the American project which fatally doomed us all to our own collective demise as a country 250 years later. I will demonstrate that the chaotic unraveling which we are currently experiencing together in 2026 was guaranteed by the class character of the country and the extreme contradictions of the political-economic system set up in 1776. In other words, what's happening now is not a freak aberration. It is the logical conclusion of a cursed empire built on a rotten foundation. Run this scenario a million times; and a million and one times we end up with Trump's Grand Finale. But we've seen the spoilers for this finale: Revolution or the common ruin of the contending classes. In either of those outcomes, America and Trump will be swept away by history.
